Right of cancellation
You have the right to cancel this contract within 14 days without giving reasons.
The cancellation period is fourteen days from the date on which you or a third party nominated by you, which is not the carrier, have taken possession of the goods.
To exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform us by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by mail, fax or email) of your decision to cancel this contract. You can use the attached cancellation form. Please note that this form is not mandatory.
Within the cancellation period it is sufficient that you submit a notice exercising the right of cancellation before the cancellation deadline.
Consequences of cancellation
If you cancel this contract, we will pay back to you all the payments we have received from you, including the cost of delivery (except for the additional costs resulting from the fact that you have chosen a different type of delivery than the most economically favourable standard delivery offered by us), within a period of fourteen days from the date on which the notice of cancellation of this contract has been received by us. We will use the same means of payment for this repayment, which you have used in the original transaction, unless otherwise has expressly been agreed upon with you; in any case you will not be charged any fees arising from this repayment. We may refuse refund until such time that we have received back the goods or until you have demonstrated that you have returned the goods, depending on which is the earlier date. You are obliged to return the goods to us promptly and in any case no later than fourteen days from the date on which you inform us of the cancellation of this contract. Good must be returned to: Berentzen Gruppe AG, Ritterstrasse 7, 49740 Haselünne. The deadline is respected, when you send the goods within the expiration period of fourteen days.
We bear the costs of returning the goods.
You shall only be liable for a possible loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is attributable to the handling of the goods which is not necessary for the purpose of checking the quality, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
